What we collect

When you request a booking or a fleet quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, service address, vehicle details (including the VIN or engine information if you provide it), your preferred date and window, and any notes or discount code you include.

Why we collect it

To do the job: confirm your request, quote your price, show up at the right address with the right oil and filter, and keep a service record for your vehicle. We also use your phone number and email to send booking confirmations and service-related messages.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service providers that make the website and our scheduling work (our website forms are processed by Netlify; bookings are managed in our shop management software). Those providers process your information only to provide their service to us.

Retention

We keep service records so we can tell you what was done to your vehicle and when it’s next due. If you’d like your information deleted, contact us and we’ll remove what we’re not required to keep.
