Submitting a request on this site is not a confirmed appointment. We review every request and confirm your date, arrival window, and exact price by text or phone. No work is scheduled, and nothing is owed, until we’ve confirmed.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site are starting prices for most cars and light trucks with a standard oil fill (up to 5 quarts). Vehicles needing additional quarts, premium or cartridge filters, or European-spec oil cost more. Your exact price is quoted before you confirm and doesn’t change after we arrive, provided the vehicle and location match what was described in your request.
Rescheduling and cancellation
You can reschedule or cancel any time before your arrival window at no charge — text or call us.
Service requirements
We need the vehicle legally parked on a reasonably level surface with about one parking space of working room beside it, and a way to access it at the scheduled time. If we arrive and can’t safely perform the service, we’ll work with you to fix the issue or rebook.
Our work
We perform oil changes using oil and filters that meet your vehicle manufacturer’s specifications, and we document each service. Our responsibility is limited to the service we perform; we’re not responsible for pre-existing conditions we didn’t cause, though we’ll point out anything concerning we find during the inspection.
Service area & hours
We serve the Phoenix metro area, Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, closed major holidays. Out-of-area requests are reviewed case by case.
